Harveys famously mouthwatering menu is waiting for you.

As the name suggests, you’ll be dining amongst the greenery here at The Green. As lively and homely as the flora that surrounds it, The Green is all about sharing the love and generosity of Middle Eastern culture.

The family behind this Fortitude Valley breakfast and brunch gem wants to give you an experience inspired by their family meals. It’s the type of place you want to pop by every day just for the atmosphere, but you need to come by to taste the excitingly tantalising menu.

Recognisably Lebanese, but with some inventive and savvy twists, you can grab breakfast here from 7.30am daily. Can’t get enough? Stay for lunch and dinner too.

While the menu is large and designed for sharing, we won’t judge you for feasting alone. Discover all the delicious menus here.

The New Black: Simply Scrumptious

For scrumptious classics, you can’t walk past The New Black. The menu is all about delicious simplicity. Starring all the brunch and breakfast Fortitude Valley go-to’s – granola, avocado on rye, and waffles – but all done with an expected and refined twist.

The local’s rave over The New Black for it’s relaxed atmosphere, some even go as far to say it’s the perfectly calming spot to recover after a night out.

Reverends Fine Coffee: Find Inner Peace

In the busy streets of Fortitude Valley, sometimes you just need an escape. A reprieve to find your inner peace. That’s when you walk through the door into Reverends Fine Coffee. At first glance, the menu seems to have all the usual suspects on it but it’s the craftsmanship that goes into the details that earns this Fortitude Valley breakfast and brunch venue a spot on this list.

Here at Reverends Fine Coffee, the devil is in the details. Like making their own espresso date butter, and chai syrup, along with the sweetest treats in town.

Simply put, Reverends Fine Coffee is all about savouring your tranquillity. Amen.

Don’t be fooled, the No.5 in No.5 Café doesn’t hint at a limited menu. In fact at No.5 Café Fortitude Valley, there’s more food options than you can poke a fork at.

No.5 Café caters for diets in every restriction, allergy, shape, and colour. Their extensive menu is jam-packed with fully loaded favourites like Fried Chicken Waffle Benedict, plus more interesting choices like breakfast Pork Bao Buns and Savoury Mince Croque Madame.

However, the most surprising thing of all at this hole in the wall Café is its prices. It’s living proof that the plate can be loaded up but your bill doesn’t have to as well.

Gather your mates, and your fur mates too, for a Fortitude Valley breakfast or brunch that will have you rolling out the door.

Cameras at the ready cause this one is worthy of some Instagram pics. The Rose Room Café in Fortitude Valley is a little slice of pink paradise. Cosy up into pink booths lit by pink lanterns and dine on a delicious Turkish inspired breakfast and brunch.

Turkish here means a menu packed with extra spices, extra flavour, and extra flare. Think Spiced Porridge with caramelised nuts, Turkish Eggs with aleppo pepper and pita bread, and the piece-de-resistance The Turkish Breakfast starring sujuk, 2 fried eggs, muhammarra, and house-made Turkish bread.

It’s easy to see why The Rose Room Café holds a space in foodies hearts.
