What is digital check in?
Our contactless check-in process is designed to make your stay seamless from the time of booking. Through a smartphone app, you'll receive a digital hotel key for check-in, which becomes active on your arrival day. Just follow the prompts and tap to effortlessly unlock your accommodations.

Where are your apartments located?
Our apartments in Brisbane are nestled in two buzzing locations with easy and direct access to the CBD: South/City/SQ in the heart of Woolloongabba, and Perry House in Bowen Hills.
Does my room include internet and streaming services?
Absolutely! Your room features high-speed, dependable WiFi connectivity. While your TV itself doesn't include in-built streaming services, it is equipped with Chrome casting abilities, meaning you can stream your favourite flicks from your phone direct to the big screen.
How far is the airport from the apartments?
17.4km – just 19 minutes away. Our long stay serviced apartments in Woolloongabba are located just off Logan Road, which provides easy and direct access to the city's main gateways and motorways.
What is the nearest train station?
Buranda Station is 450m from the apartments. Buranda is connected to the airport line, city line, western line and more. It's one stop away from Park Road, 2 stops from South Bank and 3 stops from the Exhibition Centre in South Brisbane. Trains are every few mins so it's super simple to hop on and off in and out of the city.
What is the nearest bus stop?
There are three bus stops, each just over 100m away from the apartments, which can take you straight into the city and Fortitude Valley.
Who do I contact during my stay if I need assistance?
If you need a hand, feel free to get in touch via the messaging system within the guest portal. This is super easy to use and you can send us requests through this portal prior and during your stay. This is monitored 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday and is frequently checked over the weekend. You can also call us on 1300 58 31 51. Our phone line is monitored 8am-5pm and 24 hours for emergencies only.
Do you have security on premise?
Our 24 hour monitoring and patrols at South City Square Woolloongabba are designed to ensure out guests' safety. If you need to report an issue, please call us on 1300 583 151.
Facilities & Amenities
Do South City Square apartments have recreation facilities?
They sure do! Head up to the rooftop oasis (the rooftop is open between 6am - 10pm) to bask in the sunkissed world of relaxation and fun. From the pool and cabanas to the lush Yoga Lawn, there are plenty of recreation facilities available. Check them all out here.
What about a pool?
Absolutely. Located on our rooftop, the lap pool is the perfect place to get in some exercise or simple soak in the 27º water.
Will my room have air conditioning?
Yes! All rooms at South/City/SQ have ducted air conditioning to elevate your comfort.
Does Rambla have a sauna?
We couldn't have a pool without an infrared sauna – and a steam room! Find these luxe facilities next to the rooftop pool for all your relaxation needs.
Do we store luggage?
We don’t have a dedicated storage area but will always do what we can to assist. Drop us an email with your request and we will see what we can do
Is there early check in/late departure available?
Whilst we will always do what we can to help we can never guarantee. Drop us an email to see how we can help as charge will apply.
Are there other communal areas onsite?
Guests have free access to the rooftop oasis, the best communal area for mingling and relaxing. You can also book one of the alfresco dining areas for a private function, and be sure to make use of the BBQs.

How long can I stay?
Rambla provides Brisbane accommodation for both short-term and extended stays, ranging from a minimum of four nights to a maximum of three months. Interested in a lengthier stay? Get in touch with our team to explore the possibilities for your upcoming journey.
Do you offer room service?
Unlike pricey room service that can empty your pockets quicker than a champagne cork pops at a party, our serviced apartments put you within easy reach of the city's finest dining establishments. South/City/SQ has a plethora of delicious dining options available right at your doorstep (literally). Discover the vibrant Woolloongabba culinary scene and South City Square restaurants for yourself.
What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
Whether your plans take an unexpected twist or you have a change of heart, our dedicated team is here to help with any adjustments to your booking or cancellation requests. Feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you need to make any changes. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Does every room have a balcony?
Not every room has a private balcony, so be sure to check the included amenities when booking your particular room.
Do you have accessible rooms?
We sure do! Our Accessible King Studio has been thoughtfully designed just for you. From the bathroom to the wardrobe, you can rest easy in ample space and comfy furnishings.
