What is digital check in?
Experience a hassle-free check-in journey with our contactless process, ensuring a seamless stay right from the moment you book. Utilising a smartphone app, you'll receive a digital hotel key upon arrival, activated on your designated check-in day. Simply follow the instructions and tap to effortlessly access your room.

Where are your apartments located?
Rambla @ Berwick House apartments are located in Fortitude Valley in Brisbane, adjacent to the CBD and a short stroll to the Story Bridge.
Does my room include internet and streaming services?
You bet! Enjoy reliable and high-speed WiFi connectivity in your room. Although the TV doesn't come with built-in streaming services, it does support Chromecast functionality. This allows you to effortlessly stream your preferred content from your smartphone directly to the screen.
How far is the airport from the apartments?
11.5km – just a 17-minute drive or a 22-minute trip from the nearby Fortitude Valley train station. Our short stay Brisbane apartments are located close to the Airport Link, which provides quick and direct access to the airport.
What is the nearest train station?
Fortitude Valley Station is 600m from the apartments (under a 10-minute walk). Here, you'll find 15 major train lines running in and out of the city, as well as services to the Brisbane Airport and the Gold Coast. Fortitude Valley Station is one stop away from Central Station in the CBD, two stops from Roma Street, and one stop from Bowen Hills.
What is the nearest bus stop?
There are three bus stops nearby, all a 5-minute walk or less from Rambla @ Berwick House. These bus routes can take you to West End, South Brisbane, the CBD, through Fortitude Valley, and onto Teneriffe and New Farm.
Who do I contact during my stay if I need assistance?
Don't hesitate to reach out via the messaging system accessible within the guest portal. It's incredibly user-friendly, allowing you to submit requests both before and during your stay. Our team monitors this system from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and checks it regularly on weekends. Alternatively, you can reach us by phone at 1300 58 31 51. Our phone line is operational from 8 am to 5 pm, and available 24/7 for emergencies.
Do you have security on premise?
Berwick House has security patrol overnight and security guards on-site during the weekends. If you need to report an issue, please call us on 1300 58 31 51.
Facilities & Amenities
Do Berwick House apartments have recreation facilities?
Absolutely! Our rooftop area is decked out with a pool, barrel sauna, spa, yoga lawn, gym, BBQ facilities, and dining space. The rooftop is open between 6am – 10pm every day for all your recreation needs. Check out our facilities.
What about a pool?
On the rooftop, you'll find a temperature-controlled 10m lap pool just begging you to take a dip.
Will my room have air conditioning?
Of course! Every room at Berwick House has ducted air conditioning to elevate your comfort.
Does Rambla have a sauna?
Better than a plain old sauna – at Rambla @ Berwick House, we've got a chic outdoor barrel sauna on the rooftop for ultimate relaxation.
Do we store luggage?
We don’t have a dedicated storage area but will always do what we can to assist. Drop us an email with your request and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Is there early check in/late departure available?
We can't guarantee it, but if you email us your requirements, we'll see how we can help. Just keep in mind that charges will apply to early check ins or late check outs.
Are there other communal areas at Berwick House?
We're glad you asked. Berwick House has a sleek co-work space with plenty of desks (no bookings needed). You'll also have access to a gym and a fully-equipped communal kitchen.

Berwick House has three modern rooms to choose from: The 1 Bedroom King Apartment, 1 Bedroom Executive Apartment, and 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Executive Apartment. Find your perfect room match.
How long can I stay?
Rambla provides both short and long-term accommodation with a minimum stay of four nights and a maximum stay of three months. Whether you need weekly accommodation in Brisbane or something longer, we've got you covered.
Do you offer room service?
While you won't find over-priced room service at Berwick House, you will have access to some of the city's best and most convenient dining options. Fortitude Valley is a hotpot of delicacies – check out the nearby eateries for yourself.
What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
Whether your plans take an unexpected twist or you have a change of heart, our dedicated team is here to help with any adjustments to your booking or cancellation requests. Feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you need to make any changes. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Does every room have a balcony?
Yes, every room at Rambla @ Berwick house has a private, fully-furnished balcony.
